Getting Started with Strev Mobile App

The Strev Mobile App extends the functionality of the web platform, allowing you to manage assets, contracts, suppliers, and more while on the go. It’s designed for convenience, security, and seamless synchronization with your web account. 

Why Use the Mobile App 

  • Work Anywhere – Update and manage data outside your desk. 
  • Stay Connected – Access the same modules as on the web platform. 
  • Secure Access – Built-in role-based permissions and geofencing. 
  • Cross-Platform – Available for both iOS and Android

Downloading the App 

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  1. Search for Strev
  1. Tap Install to download the app. 

Logging In 

You can log in using three different methods: 

  1. Email & Password 
  1. Enter your registered email and password. 
  1. Google SSO 
  1. Select Sign in with Google
  1. Microsoft SSO 
  1. Select Sign in with Microsoft

Note: Enter your Tenant Name (e.g., dashboard.strev.ai) before logging in. 

Checking Your App Version 

Always confirm your app version when reporting issues. This ensures support can check if you’re on the latest release. 

  • On the Login Page: The version and build number are shown at the bottom. 
  • In-App: Go to Profile > About Strev

Next Steps 

Once logged in, you’ll land on the dashboard. From there, you can access modules for: 

  • Assets 
  • Contracts 
  • Suppliers 
  • Customers 
  • Repository 

Tip: The best way to get comfortable is to explore the app. Try logging in, navigating the dashboard, and checking notifications to familiarize yourself with the layout.
