How to Sign In and Manage Your Profile

Accessing your Strev account and keeping your profile up to date is quick and secure.

Logging In

To log in to your Strev account:

1. Go to https://app.strev.ai or use the custom login URL provided to you by the Customer Success Team
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click Log In to access your dashboard

💡 If you haven’t received your login credentials or are unsure which URL to use, contact support@strev.ai.

Managing Your Profile

Once you’re logged in, you can update your personal information and preferences:

1. Click your profile icon (usually in the top-right corner)
2. Select Profile Settings or My Account
3. From here, you can:
   • Update your name and email address
   • Change your password
   • Adjust notification settings
   • Upload or update your profile photo (if supported)

Changes are saved automatically or via a Save button, depending on the section.

Resetting Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password:

1. From the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
2. Enter your email address and submit
3. Follow the link sent to your inbox to create a new password
